• Account information you provide when you register or update your profile: name, email address, phone number, and (for wholesale customers) company name.
• Order and delivery information: the products you order, shipping and billing addresses, and order history.
• Payment information: card payments are processed by our payment processor (Clover). We do not store full card numbers on our servers; we retain transaction records (such as amount, date, and a payment reference) needed to fulfill and account for your orders.
• Usage and device information: basic analytics about how the site and app are used (for example, pages viewed and general device type) to operate and improve our service.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and authenticate sign-in.
• To process, fulfill, and deliver your orders and handle returns.
• To send transactional messages such as sign-in links, order confirmations, and receipts.
• To provide product search and to operate, secure, and improve our service.
• To comply with tax, accounting, and other legal obligations.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf to run the service:

• Google Firebase — account authentication and database hosting.
• Clover — payment processing.
• Algolia — product search.
• Resend — sending transactional email.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, safety, and property.

Data Retention

We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. We retain order and payment records for the period required by tax, accounting, and other legal obligations, even after an account is deleted.

Your Rights & Account Deletion

You can review and update your profile at any time from your account settings. You can also permanently delete your account directly in the app:

Go to Account → Settings → Delete Account. Deleting your account removes your login, profile, saved addresses, and cart. Past order and payment records are retained only as required for tax and legal purposes and are no longer linked to a login.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and limit access to it.

Children’s Privacy

Our service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above when we do.
